1. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
We are a family run business who own and personally manage the Fishery and Holiday let’s business trading as South Combe Waters.
Since its formation in 1998 we have added 2 more Norwegian log cabins making a total of 4 cabins available for let throughout the year, the amount of return customers that are returning have enabled us to move the fishery and the accommodation units on to new levels.
We have now introduced an on line Payment, Availability and Booking service which allow you the customer a bigger choice when making a booking or payment.
If you do not feel happy with using the internet for payments, or making a booking, you can still book your Holiday by Telephone, and payments can be made by cheques made payable to “South Combe Waters”.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
What personally identifiable customer information do we collect?
We NEVER store debit/credit card information. Any sensitive debit/credit card information entered in to our booking system is immediately transferred to PayPal to securely process the specified transaction. Any personal information with regards to name, address and invoice are retained in our booking system for history and administration purposes.
How is your sensitive information used?
Your sensitive information is securely process by PayPal transaction services to process the debit/credit card payment.
Who do we share your information with?
We do not share or sell on your information. Your information will stay private within our booking and invoicing system.
What choices do we give our customers regarding use, and forwarding their information? We would be happy to discuss the removal of any customer information from our system that is feasible, although invoice history would not be possible due to administration purposes.
What choices do we give our customers regarding communications from us – email, direct mail etc.
The customer is given the choice of receiving the invoice via email or via post. With respect to advertisement email we do not send these types of communications. If in the future this type of communication is introduced we would also allow the customer to request that they be removed from our mailing list.
What kind of security procedures do we have in place for loss, misuse, or alteration of information under our control?
We value your custom and are committed to doing everything possible to make our online booking process secure.
How can our customers correct any inaccuracies in their information?
The customer can modify their invoice online via our website or can phone us and we can make the required changes for them.
