Reservations |
We only accept Saturday-to-bookings. “Breaks” and other days of arrival are accepted outside of the Peak Season – subject to availability at the time of your enquiry. A telephone reservation will be held for 3 working days to allow time for receipt of your completed booking form. |

Deposit Payment |
Your deposit is required at the time of booking with a completed Booking Form. The balance is to be received by us not later than 28 days prior to the arrival date.
Booking within the 28-day period the full amount has to be paid.
Deposit and balance cheques to be made payable to “South Combe Waters” or payments can be made through our secure on line payment facility. |

Check In - Out Times |
| Your accommodation will not be available until after 2:00pm and must be vacated by 10:00am on your day of departure. Please do not arrive before 2.00pm. |

Cancellation |
Cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit, and unless the accommodation is re-let, liability for the total holiday cost. A cancellation must be received in writing or email.
We would therefore recommend that all clients take out holiday insurance cover, which can be arranged by contacting your local broker or looking at our holiday insurance page. |

Availability |
| This Contract is made on the understanding that the property will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events arising out of the control of the Property Owners, we may be forced to cancel the booking. |

Gas & Electricity |
| The rental cost is inclusive of all Gas and Electricity. |
|
Smoking |
| We have a No Smoking rule in all Lodges. |
|
Male - Female Groups |
| We do not accept bookings from all Male or Female groups. |
|
Guests |
| No Accommodation will be occupied by more than those persons specified on the booking form. |
|
Access |
| You must allow us and any of our representative's (including workmen) access to the property at any reasonable time during your occupation of the property (except in the cases of emergency or where a problem needs remedying quickly and you cannot be contacted in time - in these situations we can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). |

Pets |
| Sorry, we have a no pet rule at South Combe Waters. |
|
Liability |
| The proprietors accept no responsibility or liability for personal injury sustained on the premises, nor loss of, or damage to personal property brought into the premises or its communal grounds. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas, electricity etc) or any disturbance, which is beyond our control. |

Booking Form |
| A Booking Form must be filled in before the booking is confirmed. |
|
Damage |
A returnable deposit of £50.00 in CASH is payable on your arrival when you collect your keys. This will be returned to you after your departure, providing everything has been left as you found it.
An appropriate sum will be deducted for BREAKAGES, and any EXTRA CLEANING that is required. |
