Established in 2005. South Combe Waters is a family run business offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Devon.

The Lodges are perfectly placed for exploring the stunning Jurassic Coast, including the pretty resorts of Branscombe, Sidmouth and Beer, plus various National Trust properties.

On rainy days the cathedral city of Exeter, only 23 miles away from South Combe Waters, provides ample retail therapy with superb restaurants, cafes and a theatre.

With good access to the M5/A30, our holiday homes also make the perfect base for visits to Exmoor, the North Coast and Dartmoor in the west.

A perfect hideaway set amongst the rolling Devonshire countryside, in the area of outstanding natural beauty that is the Blackdown Hills.
