After leaving the M5 motorway at junction 28, following the A373 you have a five mile drive through the Blackdown Hills an area of outstanding natural beauty and then the peace, tranquility and the luxury of the lodges are yours to enjoy for the duration of your holiday. There can be very few holiday locations that are in such a beautiful and unspoilt part of the countryside, and yet are as accessible as South Combe Waters.

We are a family owned fishery offering a relaxing and peaceful holiday nestled within the Blackdown Hills. Our nearest Seasides, Beaches and Exeter are 18 miles away with many other attractions even closer. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are both possible within the day.

The three acre site is a perfect base for fishing, cycling, walking and bird watching.
